Where are you located? What are your hours?Our farm is only open during special events. To attend, you must register in advance. Otherwise you may show up to a sold out event and be turned away. Can we bring pets to the farm?Sorry, no! For the safety of others and our animals we do not allow outside animals on the farm

Do you rent goats out for brush clearing?Unfortunately, we don't rent out our goats for grazing as we prioritize their safety by keeping them on the farm.

Can I rent the farm for a birthday, private or group event?Yes, we offer the option of booking a private session for your group, be it a birthday, school trip, or just a get-together with friends. How many tickets do I need to purchase for an experience?Every guest aged 2 and above must have a ticket, without exceptions. All visitors, whether actively participating, taking pictures, or just spectating, are required to have a ticket.

I want to participate in an experience but my friend/child/spouse just wants to watch. Do they need a ticket?Yes. Each person that enters the farm requires a ticket at the gate. Tickets are required for everyone who enteres whether they are watching, observing, taking pictures, or actively engaged in the experience. Please remember minors need to have at least one adult 18+ join them during any farm experience. Please keep in mind there is a 20% upcharge for day of tickets.

Do you sell gift certificates?Yes we do sell gift certificates for our goat experiences only. We do not offer gift certificates for our merchandise. You can purchase gift cards and have them emailed directly to the recipient

Can I reschedule my session?You can not reschedule a session you have already purchased. The only exception is if you make the request to reschedule within 48 hours of purchasing your ticket.

Do only adults need tickets?Anyone that enters the farm aged 2 and up is required to be a valid ticket holder, whether they are actively participating in the event, photographing, or spectating.

What is the best time to visit?All experiences require pre registration. The best time to visit is up to you! Our events have a capacity limit, so there is no real difference between week days, weekends, mornings or evenings.

What are your hours? Can I just walk in?Our farm does not have regular open hours and is closed to the public. The only way to visit the farm is to register for an experience. All registrations can be made online. You can view our current experience options and view the availability via the online calender.

Do you have a farm shop?We do not have an on farm shop that has regular open hours. However if you attend an event, the various products produced with the milk fom our goats will be available for purchase. If you are local and would like to place an order for a "mailbox pickup" at our farm, please email us at info@thebubblygoat.com and add "mailbox pickup" to the subject. We will give you a code to bypass shipping and arrange a pickup time.

What happens if my event is cancelled due to weather?You will automatically be issued a gift card for your purchased tickets. You can use it to reschedule to the original event you registered for, or any other event offered. If you do not wish to reschedule to your original or other events, you may request a full refund.

Do you hold events in the rain?Yes. Our events take place under a large covered canopy to protect us not only from rain but to shield us from the sun. We do host events in light to moderate rain but will cancel if heavy rain is forecasted. This is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly

Do you take Christmas trees and pumpkins for the goats?Christmas trees are sprayed with pesticides, herbicides and compounds that help them not drop their needles. Theese trees are NOT grown with the intent to be fed to livestock and are not safe. The same applies for pumpkins. For these reasons, we do not accept the above items.
